These policies cover how SilverPAP orders are shipped, returned and paid for. If anything here is unclear, get in touch before you order and we will talk it through.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days via UPS/USPS. Shipment time typically has orders arriving within 5-7 business days from the time you place your order.

Returns/Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee. Simply return the unused portion of SilverPAP, and we will refund you via your original form of payment. Payment may take up to 7-10 business days to process with your bank or credit card company from the time we receive the unused product.

Payment Information

Payments are processed through Stripe, our merchant processing company. We do not store your credit card on file, and your information is safely processed by Stripe.

Before you order

It is worth reading the 8oz concentrate first, so you know what arrives — SilverPAP is a concentrate dosed into a reservoir of distilled water, and the label states one bottle is a 30 day supply. The daily routine is set out on the homepage; the solution itself is made in the United States by Sinol USA.
